This is a meta-repository for cBioPortal's Google Summer of Code (GSoC) program, containing only a README and an issue template. It does not contain any application code, data pipelines, or executable software. Its purpose is to serve as a landing page for prospective GSoC contributors to find project ideas, application instructions, and links to the main cBioPortal codebases (backend and frontend). The repository is effectively a documentation hub with no functional implementation.
