It consumes JSONL event shards, validates them against a strict schema with privacy protections, deduplicates entries, projects metrics by event family/repository/status/freshness, and renders three dashboard sections: sweep (repository status), action ledger (event statistics), and repair (fix attempt tracking). The system runs on a scheduled GitHub workflow to keep the dashboard updated, with all processing designed to be deterministic and fail-closed on invalid inputs. Architecture follows a modular pipeline: event loading → validation → projection → rendering → commit, emphasizing data integrity over real-time responsiveness.
