This repository, fast-vue3, is a large-scale Vue 3 monorepo that serves as a multi-framework starter kit and template for building enterprise admin dashboards and public-facing marketing sites. It provides 14 distinct application instances (7 admin, 7 site), each powered by a different UI framework (Ant Design Vue, Element Plus, Naive UI, Arco, TDesign, PrimeVue, iDux), all sharing a common core library, API contract, and build tooling. The architecture is centered around a well-defined API contract (packages/effects/api/src/types.ts) and a powerful static mock system (static-mock.ts, static-enterprise.ts) that allows the entire frontend to run without a real backend. This mock system includes complex enterprise workflows with state machines and optimistic concurrency, demonstrating non-trivial engineering skill. The centralized Vite configuration (internal/vite-config) and custom CLI (scripts/vsh) provide a robust development and scaffolding experience. However, the codebase exhibits significant technical drift and maintenance challenges. The most glaring issue is the use of non-standard, future version numbers for core dependencies (TypeScript 6, Vite 8, vue-router 5), which poses a high risk of incompatibility with standard package ecosystems. Furthermore, the deliberate duplication of business logic across 14 apps creates a massive surface area for bugs and inconsistencies, a trade-off explicitly chosen for the multi-framework value proposition. While the core patterns are highly reusable, the overall project feels more like an ambitious architectural demonstration than a production-ready, easily maintainable application.
