This repository is a starter template for software architecture documentation using the arc42 structure and C4 model, implemented as documentation-as-code with AsciiDoc and Structurizr DSL. It contains a complete example of a fictional online banking system, including system context, container, component, dynamic, and deployment views modeled in Structurizr DSL, along with arc42 chapters, architecture decision records (ADRs), and technical debt records (TDRs). The build pipeline uses docToolchain to generate HTML/PDF documentation from the AsciiDoc sources and PlantUML diagrams via Kroki. While it contains no application code, it demonstrates best practices in architecture modeling and documentation automation. The repository is primarily a reference and starting point for teams adopting arc42 and C4; it is well-structured but consists of templates and examples rather than a deployable software system.
