This repository packages Zigbee2MQTT as a Home Assistant addon, providing Docker images, configuration schemas, and entrypoint scripts to run the Zigbee-to-MQTT bridge within Home Assistant's supervisor environment. It includes two addons: a stable/edge Zigbee2MQTT addon that builds from source, and a proxy addon that reverse-proxies to an external Zigbee2MQTT instance. The codebase is primarily infrastructure-as-code (Dockerfiles, shell scripts, CI workflows, addon configuration JSON) with no application logic of its own—the actual Zigbee2MQTT software is fetched and built during Docker image creation.
