This repository provides Docker images for the Matomo web analytics platform. It builds images for three variants (Apache, PHP-FPM Debian, and PHP-FPM Alpine) that include Matomo source code, PHP extensions, and configuration. The images are designed to run with a persistent volume for Matomo data and connect to an external database. The entrypoint script handles initial setup by extracting Matomo to the volume if needed and managing file permissions. The repository uses templating to maintain variant-specific Dockerfiles and includes scripts for automated version updates and library generation.
