Primary risks are external coupling: only Linear is supported as an issue tracker, the Codex app-server protocol is version-specific and can drift, and the upstream spec (SPEC.upstream.md) is still marked 'Draft v1'. The project is pre-1.0 (v0.1.8) so APIs and configuration are not stable. The WORKFLOW.md format is project-specific and must be created manually by adopters. Error codes are extensive but not centrally validated, so new error paths could introduce duplicates. No data/research components exist; this is purely an operational automation tool.
